My name is Oleksii Tonkovyd, a software developer with 10+ years of experience (LinkedIn). Real estate has always been a personal passion — I constantly track market listings, price trends, and analytics. For fun.

Over the years, I’ve successfully bought, sold, renovated, and built properties myself. Only recently did I realize I could combine my two interests — technology and real estate — to build something much bigger, for more people.

That’s how Playton was born: a way for anyone to invest in real estate without needing the full price of a property. Just own a part of the company that owns the assets.
